Cooking Classes
Of-The-Month
This is a little weird, but I've always wanted an "of-the-month" gift. Like fruit-of-the-month. I bet it's a nice little surprise every few weeks.

Silicone Pastry Brushes
Sur La Table? I'll take it.
Silicone pastry brushes (great for the grill too) Via Mighty Haus
Got it. Turns out they're as great as I had hoped.
Docking Station/Catch All - On the Look Out
I am on the look out for the perfect docking station/catch all that Abram and I can share. I have yet to find it, but when I do, I will post it. It needs to include space for the following:
- cell phone
- blackberry
- ipod
- camera
- wallet
- keys
- Abram's tie (which he inevitably leaves in the catch all after work)
Bath Pillow
Isn't a bath pillow a great idea? And cheap too - great stocking stuffer. Yes, I know it's July.

Saab Roadster
If only baby toys like this were realistic. I wouldn't mind having my family room overrun by them. As much. Little Baby Company via Design Mom.

Colin Cowie Chic
Saw this on Oprah a while ago, and I just found it again at Amazon.
*Update*
And never mind. Just read through about half of it at the bookstore. Not impressed.

Red Velvet
This excerpt from an NPR article cracks me up...
Confessions of a Modern-Day Dandy
by Sebastian Horsley
The parade of dressing up came from Mother. If she had been Queen of England she would have worn her crown at breakfast. I can remember her dressing once with great care in front of the mirror before going out, demanding that one of her children accompany her. "Which child?" The nanny asked. "I don't care" Mother snapped. "Whichever one goes with red velvet." (Naturally it was me).
